- Ascorbyl Palmitate is derivative of Vitamin C that is lipid (fat) soluble, delivering antioxidants faster than the water soluble forms. Prevents cellular ageing by inhibiting the cross-linking of collagen, oxidation of proteins, and lipid peroxidation.
